Who we are
BME AEO Audit Tool ("we", "us") is operated by Business Marketing Engine. Contact us at privacy@bmeweb.com.
What we collect
- Account: email, name, phone, business name (only what you give us).
- Audits: the URLs you submit, scraped page content, AI-generated scores and rewrites.
- Analytics: hashed IP and user-agent of visitors to your share links.
- Operational logs: rate-limit counters, error events, admin actions.
How we use it
- To run the audit you requested and email you the result.
- To improve the product and detect abuse.
- When you opt in, we share your profile with our CRM (HighLevel) for follow-up.
Sub-processors
We rely on Lovable Cloud (Supabase) for hosting and database, Anthropic (Claude) for content analysis, and HighLevel for CRM. Page scraping is performed by our own servers.
Retention
Audits are kept for 2 years and then permanently deleted. Account deletion soft-deletes data immediately and purges it after 30 days.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from the account page. You can also unsubscribe from CRM emails using the link in any message we send you.
Cookies
We use a single secure cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Changes
Material changes will be posted here and announced by email to opted-in users.
